Elemental8 interview questions

I had two different interviews: a preliminary one with two of the more senior industrial designers, where I showed and discussed my work. This was followed by an interview with the CEO a few days later maybe, where I showed my work again, but this time, it felt more like a critique and he actually gave feedback on how my work could improve or what would be more realistic if the work were for a client. That was quite helpful.
