I interviewed via Glaspy Placement Agency. Before interview I was given a typing and 10-key test. Glaspy scheduled my interview with ETCC. I was hired immediately, probably within a week of the application.

Pretty standard interview. Asked about prior jobs. They described their use of keyboard shortcuts- getting the hang of those is the key to doing well at this job, so if you're a gamer or something (like me) and are used to using keyboard shortcuts, you've got a headstart on everyone else.
