Electric Mind Full Stack Developer New Grad interview questions

I had a coffee chat + HR interview + 1.5 hour pair programming with 2 senior devs. The interviews itself were a good experience and the technical interviewers were friendly and collaborative. However, the communication afterward was frustrating. There were multiple long delays throughout the process and after repeated follow-ups, I was told I’d hear back “in the next day or so” but I never received another response. As a new grad, I understand hiring timelines can change, but it was disappointing to go through several rounds and never get a final update or closure
