Applied on US Banks/Elavon website for several positions. Was called about 3 days later and asked if I wanted a CS spot. Lady talked a mile a minute and down played the job. She thought I was over qualified and made to much money in the past. I explained that the economy is terrilbel and I am willing to start over.
She said if I didn't hear from someone else in the hiring chain by Friday to call her back.

Applied directly to company job page, call with recruiter and then call with hiring manager. Offer pretty much straight after, looked for education and references before joining. Overall a pretty easy process

Muy fácil, menos de una hora. Fue con los 2 managers. Me hicieron preguntas de mi experiencia, nada de examen/ tarea. Solo hablamos. Valoran mucho las idiomas, especialmente polaco y obviamente inglés.
Zoom call asked for reference asked behavior type questions and skill type questions. Nothing too hard it’s a technical support type job. So understanding different computer systems is a must.
