I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Efficio in Jun 2022
Interview
The whole interview process was smooth, well-organised, and surprisingly enjoyable. From the beginning, communication was clear and consistent. The recruiter laid out the steps early on, so I knew exactly what to expect and had time to prepare properly.
Each stage felt structured but still relaxed - more like genuine conversations than a grilling. The interviewers came across as friendly, switched-on, and clearly interested in both my background and how I might fit into the team.
One thing that really stood out was how much they cared about team fit and personal growth - it was definitely not just ticking boxes. It wasn’t just about skills; they wanted to know how I’d work with others, what motivates me, and where I see myself heading.
Updates came quickly after each stage, which kept the momentum going and made the whole experience feel respectful and professional.
All in all, it left a great impression and made me even more excited about the opportunity and the company culture.

I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Efficio (Chicago, IL) in May 2024
Interview
The interview process was a little unorganized at times as I bounced between multiple HR coordinators. I was also misinformed by HR around how to prepare and what to expect for the case study interview which was disappointing. I seemed to receive extremely positive feedback from each interviewer but didn't end up receiving an offer which came as a bit of shock.
