Interview
Very long process. Phone screen with HR that I think is prescripted. Then, they give you a homework assignment and you present it to a manager. After that, you present the homework assignment again to a panel, do a values interview, and meet with the CEO.
Not the smoothest communication throughout, and at times it seemed unclear if they were even planning to hire anyone, but the consultants seemed nice and the organization was exciting enough to see it through. Could iron out a lot of kinks/be more proactive of a recruiting process to be less choppy/create less uncertainty among candidates about the hiring process.

Interview
Interview process follows the interviewing plan listed on the website. For the homework assignment, the recommended time they suggest spending on the analysis is in no way adequate to answer and present the questions posed. Most everyone was incredibly nice, but the overall process was very time demanding and it seems like they communicate differently depending on the candidate. For a company that discusses equity so much, I found some of their practices to privilege more advantaged applicants.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Education Resource Strategies (Watertown, MA) in May 2024
Interview
I interviewed in May of 2024. The HR interview 60-minute interview was pretty straightforward. Then there was a data assessment and slideshow presentation over the phone. After that, there was a 3-hour interview of presenting the presentation again, behavioral questions, and getting to know the company. The process took about 4 weeks after the first interview. Everyone was nice but the process was very lengthy.
