Initial Phone screen with recruiter and then 1 on 1 with hiring manager where he stated I was a 'Frontrunner' and asked me to consider if I would be comfortable based on my experience just executing contracts and redlining to which I said 'yes' but asked I take some time to think about it and reach out the the recruiter and tell hr my answer That week received a notice from the recruiter saying they had gone in another direction before I even had the chance to respond and they proceeded to hire no-one This process they claimed was a backfill but clearly just a way to harvest resumes. This is clearly a poor place to work and worse people making the decisions.
