EXL Service ML Engineer interview questions

There are two rounds. The problem with EXL is not the interview itself, but the ghosting that happens regardless of whether you perform well or poorly. It’s very disappointing. As candidates, we invest a lot of time preparing and attending interviews, but if we fail, they should at least provide a reason instead of ghosting us. It’s highly unprofessional.
