EXL Service Assistant Manager (Data Analytics) interview questions

First round was aptitude which was usual data interpretation questions expect few very tricky questions, I suggest prepare yourself for aptitude. Then it was followed by HR interview there was no technical interview since the profile doesn't require much technical knowledge only excel, sql, basic tableau was required rather it was more a consultant job and required in-depth knowledge of domain. Interview was fine, interviewer was very polite and explained everything clearly.
