Interview
A virtual interview of approximately 45 minutes was conducted with the Manager. The discussion was productive and positive, covering the role requirements and expectations in detail. However, it was indicated during the discussion that the organisation currently has budget constraints and may not be in a position to offer a competitive remuneration, even at the level of a Finance Controller.
It was only two rounds first round is writting about a unforgettable moment in my life. After that one face to face interview and they told me that if iam shortlisted there hr will contact me. It was a nice experience to me.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EXL Service (Cochin)
Interview
Called for a walk in interview and asked to submit resume followed by a written test. Applicants with experience in Multi- National Companies were called for face to face interview.
