Okay .. not very good. Preferences are more towards internal references irrespective of their experiences. Questions asked are very basic. Interviewer did not seem to be too keen or interested.
I had an initial screening call with an HR representative who had a pronounced accent, making our communication challenging at times. My subsequent round with a director went smoothly. However, after that, I did not receive any further communication. Despite my attempts to follow up, I received no response, which I found to be unprofessional and disrespecful to your applicants.
