I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EVERSANA (Milwaukee, WI) in Apr 2019
Interview
I was contacted for an interview via LinkedIn. We set up a time where they would call me for a phone interview. We did so and it went well, we both felt I was qualified and I felt like I would be a good fit and in a great position. The questions were pretty standard and I was advised I would be contacted within the next few days if the hiring manager liked my resume. She did and I went in for an in-person interview about a week later. Met with direct supervisor and her supervisor. Both very nice ladies. Asked more standard interview questions and then advised me at the end that they'd let me know either way what the outcome was going to be. Never heard from anyone again and I didn't follow up because I thought it was extremely unprofessional for them to not stick to their word and let me know if I was being considered or not. If you tell me you’re going to contact me one way or another, do it. I was super disappointed with their lack of professionalism.
