Question 1
Can you tell me about your project management experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ERM (Austin, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews. 1st was with a recruiter who coordinated the whole process. It was more like a call that they asked you about your basic info and background and explained a bit about the company/role, then they asked what you wanted in a job. Then there's a short online assessment that gauged how you are at work; there's no right or wrong answer but just to gauge how well you might fit with the team. The 2nd interview was with a panel of people with several different levels. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. There's enough time to ask them a lot of questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ERM (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2025
Interview
Submitted on a referral. 3 interviews, including a phone screen and technical interview. Easy process and I got good feedback. Unfortunately, I was ghosted by the HR contact and my referral.
I applied online. I interviewed at ERM (London, England)
Interview
Three stage process first with Hr then partners then case study. The Partners interview was hard and technical. Whereas the HR interview was more soft skills with more typical interview questions.
