Interview
One video call with a recruiter, then a video call with two consultants. Contacted about two weeks after submitting the application, then two weeks between the first and second interviews, then got the job offer about two weeks after that. All in all, was 6 weeks from application to offer.

They value understanding transferrable skills if you've never been in consulting, the ability to work well on a team, accountability, organization, time management, and communication/customer service are huge.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and after a few weeks, I was contacted by their Talent Acquisition team. I met the team just for a quick GTKY, and within that session it was decided for my application was pushed forward to the relevant Partner, subject for further assessment. Miraculously got through that screening and was invited to an interview. The interview was not too gruelling, had plenty of questions on past experience and technical knowledge. It was also an opportunity for a personality fit test with the rest of the team.

3 rounds of interview. First is a standard screen interview with recruiter , then the next two are with seniors/partners. The process was online facetime interview. Overall a good process
