Applied via LinkedIn. Received voice message and email from internal HR/Recruiter. Follow up conversation with recruiter led to a one-hour job interview with two 2-person panel sessions at 30 minutes each.

Virtual interview with two seniors. Relaxed and friendly. Took forty five minutes. I answered all questions well and passed the interview, Got offer but it was lower than my then current salary, and they wouldn't budge.
