Interview
It is a three-step process.
At first, it is a written test (multiple choice mostly), followed by a technical interview. Once you clear both, you get an interview with the top management.

Interview
Three tier interviews is conducted, Preliminary round, Technical and Final Round then will get a chance to be engaged as a trainee for 6 to 12 months based on work performance and if shown beneficial for company in all regards then get the final confirmation of job.
