      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Before the interview: 2 days after I sent my CV and covering letter, I was called for an online interview. However, the recruitment team contacted me, and asked me to do a skype interview instead. However, during the interview, the interviewer said that her webcam was not working, so the interview was more like a phone interview. After the interview: During the interview I was told that the team would come back to me in 2 weeks. Despite that I was not contacted at all, and the status of my application on Jobvite remained "in process". Therefore, 2 months later, after successive unsuccessful attempts to contact the team, I managed to contact a member of the recruitment team, and I asked her to let me know of the true status of my application, regardless of what it is. She applogised for the "lack of communication" and said that the team is not certain yet, if more activity leaders are needed (?), which totally shocked me, as advertising a poaition implies needing more employees. I asked her if she knew when she receives the updates regarding that, and she did not reply. In brief, after 3 months my application is still in process (neither accepted, nor rejected), I had a really negative experience, and EF left an unprofessional impression on my mind, although I was once a student there , and I enjoyed it.
