The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Area Manager found my resume on Indeed and sent me an offer. I accepted and we met at a cafe for the interview. It was pretty informal and at the end he said that he was impressed with my skills and that I would need to have another interview with their Acacdemic Advisor. Couple of days later I had an interview with her and after that I was offered the position.

I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
