Upon arriving, I had to take a small 20 minute test which tested me on my grammatical and mathematical skills. This test was multiple choice. The test would be marked straight away and upon passing this test you get to proceed to a face to face interview where you are interviewed by two people who ask question mostly based on your CV and past experiences.
