First Interview a phone screener the woman was very nice and they seemed very interested in me. Second was on the phone in their office with the manager who wasn't there. She was nice but that was awkward. She then I was asked to stay to meet with another person. That person came in with documents that were faxed to her by office manager saying I passed the second round. Our conversation was casual and she told me I had very good questions that nobody had asked before. She was very good at making me feel like I left on positive note. One week later as promised, I was informed that I did not get the job.

This was a three-step Interview process. Two telephone interviews and the last was in-person. They tell you all about the company and how it is changing. I was greeted by a nice receptionist. She was all smiles. The two interviews were all about business. Loved that quality about them. They only had about 5 questions for me. I was hoping for a tour being that I traveled a long way.
