ECG Management Consultants interview questions

First round was a 15 min screening, second round was excel test + business writing. The platform used for the test was outdated which made it tricky. If you hit enter within the excel pop up it submits your question

The first step was a phone screening about your background and why you applied to ECG. After that, there was an assessment on excel and technical writing. After passing the assessment, there was a 3-question pre-recorded interview. The last step was 3 behavioral interviews, each with a different manager.
