I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ECG Management Consultants
Interview
The first step was a phone screening about your background and why you applied to ECG. After that, there was an assessment on excel and technical writing. After passing the assessment, there was a 3-question pre-recorded interview. The last step was 3 behavioral interviews, each with a different manager.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ECG Management Consultants
Interview
HR interview, excel exam and business case write up, virtual interview w/ 3 questions, followed by 3 behavioral interviews. The program they use for the excel exam is very outdated and makes it difficult to showcase your excel skills. The actual questions were simple - nothing more complicated than countifs, vlookups, and index/match functions. The virtual interview feels just like an extra hoop to jump through - you get 3 minutes for 3 questions that are basic interview questions. Ultimately, the HR team was responsive but it felt like too many hoops to jump through before you even get to the actual interviews. I was left feeling like my time was wasted, and I wasn't given specific reasons for not moving on in the process, which would have been helpful.
