Interview
Phone screen with HR assistant/recruiter then proceeded with scheduling the face to face interview. Typing test then met director of HR in his office. HR assistant/recruiter sat beside me with notes, but asked no questions.

Interview
Easy enough process. Starts with an HR phone screen and then you are invited onsite for the final interview. Definitely shorter than other companies in Austin so that is nice.
My face-to-face interviewer seemed like an all business no fun in the workplace kind of guy. I'm sure that style of management works for some, but I personally prefer to work with people that are positive and don't like to use intimidation as their sole management technique. But hey I don't actually know him and maybe that's just the way he likes to conduct interviews.
Other than that experience it seemed like a nice company with nice employees.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Be prepared for curveball questions. They will try and poke holes in who you are - they're looking for you to fight back and say you're the right candidate. The key to this is to respond to their no with a question (sales technique).

Interview
Very weird interview process. First you have to take a typing test, which makes no sense at all. Second the guys interviewing me were 15 minutes late. Then they interrogated me with a bunch of questions about my resume and went on a brag session about how awesome it is to be BYU alumni and how their Mormon brothers founded the company. Was very strange. I would not have taken the job even if it was offered to me.
