They didn't turn up for the interview via Teams. Hiring Mgr got Covid the night before, sent 2/3 invites to othe mgr missed mine off. They offered one of these people the job, between HR and the hiring team failed to ask what happened to me. HR were contacted multiple times on the day (no phone number) to ask what was going on. It took a full 72 hours after the fiasco for the department mgr to email me with what had happened, he didn't try to call me to apologise. Said he was happy to speak with me over the phone. I rang left a message but he never got back. In 35 years of working I have never had this where the company invite you to an interview and don't show up! The communication was appalling, I prepared a 10 min presentation spent hours planning and researching role for nothing! Will never apply to them again.

Interview
Very friendly and open discussion. First online, then invited for a in-person interview. Interviewed by team lead and department lead. All nice people. In general good experience in a relaxing environment.
Telephone screening with HR with some background questions
First in person interview with background questions, CV review, competency questions
Final interview with senior team member with more competency questions and some situational judgment questions

Molto chiaro e preciso nelle domande. Domande precise in riferimento alla mansione. Sempre presenti due persone, una di HR e quello che sarebbe il referente tecnico della pozione. Revisionano il CV punto a punto
