I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Linz) in Aug 2015
Interview
The whole process was extremely fast and very professional. Some days after emailing my application I got an invite for the first interview. After a one-on-one interview with the prospective new boss it only took days to get an invite to a workshop with a presentation task. Members of the prospective new team were participating and the workshop gave the opportunity to gain deeper insights.

Question 1
Mostly general about background and interests. What do you know about Ruxit?
I applied online and was contacted for an initial screening video interview. During this interview, I was told they plan to "move quickly" and that I would probably hear back on next steps in a day or two. Well, that was about two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Not sure if they're disorganized or just rude enough to ghost candidates, but I don't like my time being wasted.

Initial meetings set up very quickly. Had 2 very positive conversations. Discussed next steps in process - but unfortunately did not hear anything further. Feedback on decision would be beneficial.
