Initial meetings set up very quickly. Had 2 very positive conversations. Discussed next steps in process - but unfortunately did not hear anything further. Feedback on decision would be beneficial.
I applied online and was contacted for an initial screening video interview. During this interview, I was told they plan to "move quickly" and that I would probably hear back on next steps in a day or two. Well, that was about two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Not sure if they're disorganized or just rude enough to ghost candidates, but I don't like my time being wasted.

Friendly call with recruiter. This was swifty followed by scheduling a call with the hiring manager. Very good scheduling tool - all powered by AI and super simple to use.
