first interview- friendly, positive and good communication with questions. met 2 staff members in the HR team that i fall under.
second interview- task based, was good to see what sort of admin i would be doing and was good to receive feedback from the tasks they asked me to complete. i then met 2 other team members one being the head of the company and speaking with him. this was nice as it shows hes interactive with all the staff members and wants to be involved as much as possible.
Hearing back- this was quick and easy they emailed asking when i was free to talk and told me over the phone then sent a formal offer by email to confirm the offer.
