Dynamic Events interview questions

Describe a situation, where something didn't go as planned. How did you handle the situation and if it was resolved, how so and what was your involvement?

They never reached out to me. For a company that prides itself on planning events for people they sure don't treat their candidates with any sort of respect. I understand being busy but you may want to outsource hiring if its such an issue.
