I was contacted through hired(dot)com. The interview process took 1.5 months. The very first interview was with the recruiter, 30min phone call. Then in 5 days I had interview with hiring manager, 1 hour call talking about my previous experiences. In 2 days they let me know that they want to proceed with technical interview, which was conducted in Coderpad in a week after previous interview. During the coding interview I was able to solve all the problems. The last interview was an onsite interview. They had scheduled 5 different interviews (with the lunch break). And during those interviews the interviewers were asking similar questions "Tell me about the time when you ....". tech interview(1hr), onsite behavioral questions interview(5hr).
