Lengthy interview process. Could feel pressure to do anything to keep students happy. Probably par for the course with this industry. I did not get hired and was not given a direct reason why.
It was pretty good. the interviewer was friendly. She asked some standard behavioral questions. Customer service was a big part of it. The writing samples test and the last round of interviews coming next.

I was first interviewed by the HR, and then the VP of Ugrad, and lastly the CEO of Due West. There was also a timed writing exercise during the interview process.
