Interview
Initially had a phone interview with their internal recruiter. Then came in for a series of interviews, first with hiring manager / department head, then with a larger team. Everyone was nice and the interviews flowed more like conversation than interrogation. I walked away feeling that the people were warm and the company was committed to a high quality experience for its clients.

Interview
I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter. She seemed young, and spoke on a script. When I approached it in conversational approach she didn't seem to respond. I had a lot of respect for the company, but after the interview I can't say the same thing. A recruiter is a first impression, and I am sure I will be working for one of their clients. Not impressed.
