Interview
Interview with the recruiter then moved on to a phone interview with the hiring manager. Once you get past those you go in for on-sites. Went to on-sites in a tiny conference room and interviewed with the team and wrapped up with hiring manager interview. Went into interviews back in March, then was told via hiring manager to come back and meet with more people in the team and asked the recruiter to set it up. Then crickets and no response from the hiring manager or recruiter for weeks on weeks. Recently heard back from the referral who informed me that the company does backdoor referencing (not legal) and decided not to go with me. No communication by phone, email that I was told I was no longer a candidate.

1. Phone interview with HR, standard or basic interview.
2. Face to Face with hiring manager, about 90 min, standard sales interview, learned about the role and expectations. No surprises.
3. Face to Face with Exec. Standard interview.
