Interview
There was a phone interview plus an on-site interview with a 5 member panel. You also have to sit through an intelligence test which determines if you have any mechanical inclination and common sense.

They asked the standard questions such as, accomplishments and how do you handle conflict resolution. Then there were several inspection related questions based upon varying real world scenarios.
