Interview
I applied online through a contractor posting. The recruiter called back within a day to notify me he was passing along my resume to the role's supervisor. Within a week, the recruiter responded saying they wanted to schedule an interview. Interview was 2 hrs long, with 3 individual half hour interviews with various people in the department. No technical questions, only behavioral.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Dow in May 2021
Interview
First, screened by an HR representative at the corporate HQ. Then the local secretary scheduled several individual interviews in a 2.5-3.5 bloc. Each interview was 30 minutes per person with similar lines of questioning.
