Dow Hotel Company interview questions

Long long process. I actually went a month between initial phone contact and scheduling interviews with the acting restaurant manager and general manager. It took a while for my references to be contacted( I know because I checked with all of them personally), but after that the process sped up a bit. It just took so long that I accepted another position. I actually had to resigned my position with that employer to work for Dow after they finally offered me a position.
