Interview
The person giving the interview was nice and relaxed. Questions were basic customer service questions which asked experience about dealing with difficult customers. Went over previous examples etc.
This specific location I applied at was near I-70 and had an exclusive contract with an airline company, where staff of the airlines would come in regularly to check into rooms. Part of the interview included if you could deal with employees from the airlines who were tired and just wanted to get a room and sleep.

It was a very in depth interview with specific questions from the HR manager as well as the Front Office Director. They wrote down your answers and asked hypothetical questions about different circumstances that may arise in the hotel business.

I saw an opening on the Hilton website for the position of the front desk agent. I’ve applied through the website, and also personally handed my Cv to the hotel I wanted to work. A week later got a call for interview. Went through the interview and after another week, started work.
