Not super difficult. They are mainly looking to see what your communication skills are like and if you can have a pleasant interaction with a stranger. My interview lasted around 30 min.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Donor Development Strategies in Oct 2015
Interview
Standard and quick. Reviewed past experiences and the general aspects of the job on the first interview, then got into more detail on the second (which is when I was offered the position).

Interview
Had an interview with one of the directors. Was fairly casual and easy-going. I was offered the job on the spot, but asked that I take a few hours to think it over. I think that threw the interviewer off a bit because he didn’t seem very pleased that I didn’t give a direct answer (is that an uncommon practice to take time about a job offer?).

Interview
The interview was informal and comfortable and the questions were easy to answer. I appreciated not being asked the basic "what's your biggest strength/weakness" question. They also asked about my major and what I liked about studying it.
