Domino has quite typical interview process which starts with the Hiring Manager interview.
There are few rounds after that which culminates in half-day round of interviews.
What I liked about the process is the hands-on aspect. You get to troubleshoot a real AWS environment or Python code. It can be hard to find issues quickly but the interviewers were friendly and helped with hints when I struggled.
It took a bit longer to get the interviews scheduled due to their recruiter and interviewers being in different time zone. I'm in London while they are all in US. It took 2 weeks to get the first interview scheduled. However things moved quickly after that and I got all interview rounds finished in 4 weeks.
I have really appreciated the VP of People taking the time to speak to me to explain their stocks offering.
Everyone I met throughout the process was nice and I have enjoyed it.
