Interview
I was called for an interview and had an in-person interview with a district manager. I had another interview with a different district manager a week later. I had an interview with HR. Then I was interviewed over the phone, this was completed by the regional manager. A few days later I was called with a tentative offer ending a background check and drug screen.

Question 1
What do you know about shrink? What were your responsibilities in your last management job? What is important to you?
You will get a call from the DM go in for the interview and they’ll let you know if you’ve been hired or not. It was an easy process I applied and within a week I received a phone call for an interview.
I had three interviews. One with Human Resources. One with the district manager. And one with the regional director. Overall it took 3 weeks to complete the interviewing process. Not very convienient and time consuming

Interview
My soon to be DM was very kind and very blunt and to the point about what would be expected of me, however she did not mention some very key things like.... 60- 80 our weeks every week, what would be my 1 1/2. Days off. Which i didnt get most weeks, and that most stores were overstocked and understaffed. Im sure she meant well. She was very professional and very company minded.
