applied online two days later did interview had to drive to two diffrent stores the online test took a hour to do manager asked me if i had any skeltons in the closet i said no
Very easy cookie cutter questions.
Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
