Interview
I applied for the job as store manager but, DG felt I would be better as the assistant manager. I had to take an online test that was unbelievable, it took a good hr or better and was non-sense. I had one interview then was told the job was mine. The DM at that time was terminated and left no information for the new DM, so I was out of work for over a month. I had to chase down the DM to secure my job.

Interview
I was interviewed over the phone and given the job on that same call. Company is fairly desperate for employees but they prefer people with experience especially previous dollar store experience.
Phone Call that lasted less than 5 minutes , and not a lot of details given. Text messages exchanged back and forth about interviews , and hearing from corporate office.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward they asked my availability anytime that I needed off any specific days I needed off. They asked about my experience as an assistant store manager and regular team lead. They did the normal what if this scenario happened what would you do. The interview was very easy but they did receive a lot of information from me
