My interview was very informal and I was hired on the spot. I followed the manager around as she was stocking the store and she only asked me a couple of questions. I was prepared with business casual dress and a print out of my resume but it was definitely not necessary.

Great place to work at for first time job. I was asked about being able to get to work ok? If I was able to work any time and if I could pick up and lift up to 50 pounds as well. Quick and easy and started within two days.

Interview
Really easy, might depend on who is giving it. But the manager was really sweet and the whole process was quick and easy and was asked when I could start almost immediately. Took like 10 minutes in person.
The interview was very easy and detailing of the job. The interviewer asked questions regarding why were you a fit for the position, why did you apply for the position and so more.
