I interviewed at Doktar (La Rochelle, Nouvelle-Aquitaine)
Interview
The screening call was disappointing. The interviewer consistently moved on to the next question before I had finished answering, which made the conversation feel rushed and one-sided. Keep asking things that I had mention before. It was clear that the goal was to get through a checklist.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, a challegance that you overcome, and weakness
Do not waste your time with this company. They are essentially running a scam to get senior-level consulting for free. After passing the initial stages, they assign a massive 5-6 page case study that focuses on their actual internal product problems.
I spent a full week preparing a high-fidelity presentation and a detailed solution for this extensive assignment. After the presentation, they went silent for a week only to send a generic rejection.
It is clear that they have no intention of hiring and are simply using the recruitment process to extract unpaid labor and fresh ideas from senior professionals to solve their own software hurdles. Highly unprofessional and unethical.
If you value your time and expertise, stay away.

Question 1
General questions regarding background which make no sense
Common questions, no depth. Hiring person didn't know much to ask so we didn't go in any depth or my skills on the area or how i approach things. I would expect some preparations for it.
