The overall process is quite long: 1. initial screening 2. submit a short description of something you would like to research 3. Initial interview with 2 consultants 4. Research task 5. Task presentation 6. Interview more team members 7. Interview with Partner. Ensure you ask your interviewers for detailed feedback after you put time and effort into the interviews - this was a negative experience for me and found that they didn't provide any useful feedback on why they didn't continue the process for me.
