Interview
General chat followed by situational and competency questions and a short role play. Interview questions are based on the company's six core behaviours and the interviewee is expected to structure their answers taking these behaviours into account. The interview lasted just over an hour. The whole application process was very quick in my experience - from initial application to job offer in less than a week.
