I had a Skype meeting with the department manager. He was very positive, it was a nice conversation. After a couple of days, they contacted me and invited me for a visit. They were flexible at the interview days. They bought the plane and train tickets, and booked a hotel room for me. Before the interview day they shared the schedule with me, and they stuck to the schedule without any delays. I have interviewed with department manager, a co-worker, two high-level managers and the CEO, and HR as well. We had lunch all together. They didn't pressurize me but they were helpful. It was a very good interview experience for me.
