I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitas (San Francisco, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Pretty standard interview process at the beginning. phone interview, asking about your past experience and relevant skills; 4 back to back interviews in San Francisco office, with questions from experience, behaviors, to analytics and case study. what was a bit different from other reviews that i saw on glassdoor was that there were another two Skype interviews with analysts in Boston office as well. the whole process went pretty smooth, except that after they informed me that i passed the phone screening, they invited me to come in the next day. i did feel rushed, but didn't want the opportunity to slide away. so i had six interviews in two days without any preparation. after the interviews were over, the communication was over, too. nobody informed me about anything for a month until i emailed several people that i was in contact with. wouldn't it be more professional if they could take initiative to tell me about the result? they rushed me in and then left me in dark. a lot of respect, huh?

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Digitas
Interview
Screening phone interview that lasted approx. 30 mins with recruiter. Followed up shortly thereafter to schedule 4 1-1 interviews in-office with a mix of challenging questions and case scenarios. Everyone I spoke to was very smart and down-to-earth which made the process enjoyable overall. Conversations provided a lot of insight into the culture and opportunities for growth.

Interview
I applied for the position on the company website and heard back from a recruiter rather soon after. Scheduled a call and spoke with the recruiter who went over standard inital phone interview questions, fairly basic. He then told me he was going to set me up to talk to one of their directors the very next day. Spoke with the director the next morning who wanted to know a little more about why I wanted to join the S&A team and why Digitas/tech agency world as I was in a different industry. Both calls went great and a day later the recruiter reached out to schedule time for me to come into their Boston office for four in-person interviews. Came in two weeks later for the interviews. The office if really cool, much different than what I was used to. First interview was fit/behavior, second was a case interview, third was fit/behavior, and the fourth was supposed to be a long case study but actually was a normal fit/behavior. Overall great experience. The recruiter was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process which was also great.

Interview
Phonecall. Interviewer didn't know anything about me such as my major or what college I graduated from. Also kept asking me for how much money I make in my current role and an exact number for how much I would like to make, which was really inappropriate for my first interview.
