I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Digitas (Boston, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I met with one individual on the media planning team and three individuals in other functions. Each interview was about 30 minutes and left plenty of time for me to ask questions. I got a good sense for Digitas' warm and fun culture. I left eager to hear back about the role.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews for a position as an associate media planner in the Digitas media training program. Very casual interview and the supervisors were very easy to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitas in Nov 2021
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. Very informative and comfortable environment. Was much more conversational and actually the best interview process I've ever gone through! I really enjoyed my conversations and everyone I met seemed sincere and excitable. They seem to care more about who you are as a person, to show you WANT to join and continue to learn. The process was straightforward and I heard back pretty quickly after each round of interviews. I believe the whole process was about 1-week.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digitas in Jun 2021
Interview
There is a first round phone interview with a recruiter to see if you are a general fit. Then there was a second round interview with four separate team members lasting 30 minutes with each person (2hrs in total). Finally you will have a final call with the recruiter to confirm your interest in the role.
