It was pretty straightforward, and they said I was eligible to do the Python assessment, but due to the lack of knowledge of job placement, I declined my application. They mentioned that the role required a training program where you would not be given your location assignment until accepting your offer and being six weeks into the training program.

The process starts with having to complete a series of assessments covering personality and cognitive ability, and then a programming lesson with a project to turn in at the end. After that there is a 1-on-1 interview followed by a group interview.
