I have applied online, and then you are required to do an online numerical test.
After that, I got invited to a phone interview (first round). The interviewer doesn't sound interested at all and a bit plain throughout the whole interview.

Application, Phone Interview, and In-Person Interview. People were very nice and you got to know the current analysts in the rotational program prior to interviewing. I attended a Look Forward To It networking event, which gave me insight on the program and the people there. I was interviewed by two Vice Presidents.

there were online assessments, followed by first round (2 to 1) and final round (3 to 1 panel) interviews. interview results were notified in 24 hours. no technical questions asked, just interest and competency questions
